NX Interceptor

Interceptor System

NX Interceptor

300km/h
Attack Speed
AIPowered
Terminal Guidance
MODULAR
Architecture

The NX is a high-speed, AI-powered interceptor drone originally developed in Ukraine to counter loitering munitions and one-way attack drones, including the Shahed-136 and Geran series. Designed in Ukraine and manufactured in the United States and Europe, the NX supports a scalable, cost-effective approach to air defense.

Since mid-2025, the NX platform has been employed successfully in combat operations, including confirmed intercepts of Shahed drones. The system has become part of Ukraine's evolving "Anti-Shahed" layered defense concept, providing mobile units with agile, distributed interception capability.

The Interceptor leverages AI-enabled terminal guidance, allowing it to autonomously recognize, track, and pursue targets during the final phase of engagement — providing a critical advantage in contested electronic warfare environments.

MODULAR
Architecture

The NX Strike 10 is a large-format one-way attack (OWA) UAV engineered to deliver heavier payloads against frontline and high-value targets. Its enlarged airframe and 10-inch propeller configuration generate substantially greater thrust and payload capacity compared to smaller drone platforms.

Despite its size and capability, the Strike 10 maintains a lightweight airframe of approximately 800 grams without battery, maximizing both operational range and payload capacity, with an optimized payload configuration of up to 2.5 kg.

Like the Interceptor, the Strike 10 incorporates AI-enabled terminal guidance, allowing it to autonomously recognize, track, and pursue targets during the final phase of engagement — providing a critical advantage in contested electronic warfare environments.

Integrated Integrated Defense

Counter-UAS System

Integrated Integrated Defense

Nexxa, in conjunction with its partners, provides a layered counter-UAS ecosystem designed to detect, track, coordinate, and defeat emerging aerial threats in contested operational environments. The system combines radar, command-and-control (C2), autonomous interceptor drones, and integrated counter-UAS capabilities into a unified defensive architecture.

Built around modular deployment concepts, the platform supports mobile units, fixed-site defense, and expeditionary operations. Sensor inputs, including radar and passive detection systems, feed into a centralized C2 layer that provides operators with real-time situational awareness, target classification, and engagement coordination.

The architecture is designed to support rapid response against low-cost aerial threats, including FPV drones, loitering munitions, and one-way attack UAVs. Autonomous intercept capabilities, including AI-enabled terminal guidance, allow defensive systems to continue operating effectively in electronically contested environments where communications and GPS may be degraded.

Innovation

Structured To Innovate

Nexxa is built around a distributed innovation model — not a single lab or engineering team. Our development network spans Ukraine, the United States, and Europe, connecting directly into the global drone ecosystem to both develop new capabilities internally and rapidly adopt the best technologies emerging from the battlefield and commercial markets.

This structure allows Nexxa to stay aligned with the world's leading innovation hubs as they evolve. Today, Ukraine remains the center of real-world drone innovation, driven by continuous operational feedback and rapid iteration under combat conditions. At the same time, the United States is accelerating investment in autonomous systems and defense technology at unprecedented scale.

By maintaining a strong operational and development presence across multiple regions, Nexxa is positioned to leverage innovation wherever it moves — without being constrained to a single geography, supplier base, or development pipeline.

Expanded Autonomy

Improving onboard target recognition, tracking, and pursuit capabilities while extending the range at which drones can independently navigate and engage designated targets in contested environments.

Swarm Operations

Reducing manpower requirements through scalable autonomous coordination. Current operations typically require 2–3 personnel per drone system. Nexxa is advancing toward enabling small teams to manage coordinated groups of 10 or more interceptor and strike drones simultaneously.

cUAS Integration

Nexxa systems are designed to operate alongside existing air defense infrastructure with minimal integration requirements. The platform already supports integration with select backend systems, with ongoing expansion toward compatibility with major U.S. command-and-control architectures.

High-Speed Intercept Capability

As the next generation of long-range attack drones approaches speeds of approximately 500 km/h, interceptor systems must evolve accordingly. Nexxa is developing a next-generation interceptor platform designed to exceed the speed of emerging airborne threats.
